1. Who we are

This website is run by limdx, a technology company based in Bengaluru, India ("limdx", "we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@limdx.com.

We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force.

2. What this website does and does not do

• It does not ask you to fill in a form or create an account.
• It does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
• It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embedded content. The fonts and logo are part of the page itself.
• The email links on this site open your own email app. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it.

Like any website, the server that delivers this page may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of access. This is kept by our web hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.

3. Information you send us by email

When you email us, we receive your name, your email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your organisation, the details of your project, or attachments like a CV for a careers enquiry.

We use this information to:

• reply to you and discuss your project;
• prepare quotes and provide our services;
• consider internship and job applications;
• keep records of our dealings with you; and
• meet our legal obligations.

You give us this information voluntarily by choosing to email us, and we use it only for the purpose you sent it. Please do not email us passwords, payment card or bank details, government ID numbers or health information unless we have asked for it and agreed a secure way to send it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us run our business, such as email, hosting and business-tool providers. They may handle it on our behalf only for those purposes, and they may store it on servers in India or elsewhere. We may also disclose it where the law requires, or to protect our legal rights.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was sent to us, and as long as the law requires us to keep business or accounting records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable security safeguards and limit access to the people who need it to respond to you. Email is not a fully secure way to send information, so please keep that in mind when deciding what to send.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your data; and
• stop using your data, by withdrawing your consent.

Email contact@limdx.com from the address you used before, so we can confirm it is you. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can, and within the time limits set by law.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please write to our Grievance Officer at contact@limdx.com first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also be able to complain to the Data Protection Board of India once the relevant provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 are in force.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, for example by adding a contact form or analytics to this website, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
